Наконец-то система отопления работает. Стоят новенькие стильные панельные радиаторы. Тепло подводится к ним современными полимерными трубами. Все работает отменно. Мечта! Но проходит время, и начинаются проблемы. Возможно первым делом возникнет шум на термостатической арматуре. Или забьется накипью теплообменник котла. А может и вовсе проржавеют отопительные приборы!
